Product Description

Instructions for use:

  • Add four cups of water for one cup of Pongal Mix.
  • Soak for 10 minutes.
  • Pressure cook until 3 whistles.
  • Stir well.
  • Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and add ghee. Mix well if needed. Add salt and mix well.
  • Serve it hot with Sambar and/or Chutney or Avial. Enjoy the tasty and healthy variation of Pongal!
