Instructions for use:
- Add four cups of water for one cup of Khichdi Mix
- Soak for 10 minutes
- Pressure cook until 3 whistles
- Stir well
- Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and add ghee. Mix well if needed. Add salt and mix well
- Serve it hot with Sambar and/or Chutney or Avial.
